Bargoed Camera Club is based in Caerphilly County Borough, in the Rhymney Valley — one of the most photographically underexplored parts of South Wales. WPF affiliation gives members access to Welsh federation competitions and the chance to benchmark work against clubs from across the country. The valley landscape, with its mix of natural scenery and post-industrial character, rewards those who take the time to look carefully.
