Three of the four Tuesdays in Leeds have a photographic society meeting somewhere, but Leeds Photographic Society runs the longest season of the city's clubs — September right through to July — on Tuesday evenings at 19:30. That extended calendar means members lose only the height of summer before reconvening. YPU membership provides the competitive and educational infrastructure to support what is a substantial programme.
