The Surrey Photographic Association covers Surrey, part of West Sussex, and areas of Greater London south of the Thames. Its member clubs are drawn from a mix of suburban and semi-rural communities across one of the most densely populated areas of England outside London itself. The SPA runs inter-club competitions in prints and projected images and has a strong tradition of active camera clubs.
